Order Processing & Tracking
  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details within 1–3 business days.
  • You can also log in to the My Account section on our website to check the real-time status of your order.
Delays & Special Circumstances
During peak seasons, sale events, or due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than expected. If your order hasn’t reached you within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at customercare@pureforma.in or WhatsApp us at 7506223093 (Mon–Fri, 10 am–6 pm IST).
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after checkout.
  • All items purchased during promotional or seasonal sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us at customercare@pureforma.in within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include:
  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product received.
Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if eligible.
Important Notes
  • Products purchased through authorised retail partners must follow that retailer’s return and exchange policy.
  • At present, we do not offer international shipping or in-person pickup.
